Eddie Looby, who jointly set the grid also sent in his answer:).

The Clue was “Allege clogs lie in a heap in rural community centres (7,8)”. The Answer was “VILLAGE COLLEGES”. This is an anagram clue. However since it was part of a special themed grid, the anagram fodder “ALLEGE CLOGS LIE” was missing the letter “V” which needs to be added in  before jumbling it. The definition is  “rural community centres” which is a direct synonym. Once again, well done to each of you who not only solved it but also annotated it correctly in our blog post.

Now, Can you solve THIS clue?
