Nate who hosted this week pro-actively brought in a number of new players.  We had tremendous participation with 50 voters allocating 500 points for 44 clues. Here’s Nate’s summary of the results..

Thanks everyone for trying to put order to ENTROPY – what a fantastic array of clues!

Satyen Nabar won the bronze medal with [Pinot and rye cocktail leaving one in state of confusion] (7), a wonderful anagram angle that distinguished itself from many of the other anagram clues.

The Bronze was jointly shared with P Venkatesan’s Leaders of every nation tries restoration of peace, yet get disorderliness(7) – a neat Acrostic.

Rachel Fabi won the silver medal with the elegantly simple [Confused? Nope? Try randomness] (7) – wow! There are so many layers to this clue in just four tight words.

Myra Shah, however, easily took home the gold with [Perhaps poetry captures the essence of one’s turmoil] (7), a stunning meditation on art and self-reflection.

Great job to everyone, especially those who joined for the first time this week. We hope you’ll come back next week – we look forward to seeing what you come up with!

Well done Myra! Your clue is now in our HALL OF FAME. Over to you for the next contest.

Notes: Some people self-voted, which is against the spirit of the game. These votes have been cancelled. A couple of setters did not vote in time. In future, I request participants who may not be familair with our rules to take note and adhere to them..
