Here’s the Puzzle

NOTE FROM THE ORACLE  Some time back, a certain correspondent who was miffed with me over something forbade me to write lettters. So, I wrote a missive in Morse, following the instruction to the letter. No, this puzzle doesn’t use Morse code, but in some cells, you will have to enter something other than letters. Some of these entries double as letters too for the checking words. Take care and remember to be vigilant round the clock – you might just end up getting perfect vision and see something. Letters know what you see by answering the questions..

Here’s the solution

The solvers had to answer the following questions after solving the grid: (1) Dark areas represent a light. What is the clue number of that light? (2) In the grid, which clue number represents Perfect Vision as mentioned in the introduction? The correct answers are 1) 40A (If you look at the grid, you can see 2020 in the black squares in the four corners of the grid) –  “Lights” refers to the term used for the grid’s answer slots) 2. 40A – A reference to Perfect Vision which is also called 20:20 vision You can access the Grid with solutions Here – Clicking Reveal ALL will show you the solutions, annotations and the answers to the bonus questions.

    1. I have sent emails to all participants with each person’s response and score. It might have landed in a spam folder. If you click on View, below the Score, it shows you the full details.
