This Halloween, ‘The Oracle” encountered a coven of witches, some sundry wizards, diviners, augurs and soothsayers. Having read tea leaves, coffee grounds, entrails of myriad creatures, and tons of other stuff – they instructed “The Oracle” to make a puzzle and to put this one across to you all..So, “Welcome to the Party..”

Submissions of the completed grid should be in the form of a Screenshot and should be emailed to 1acrossgp@gmail.com before midnight ( IST) on Sunday 6th November 2016.  Results will be declared and annotations discussed at 1ACross on the 8th of November 2016.

The first all correct entry will be declared the winner. Names of all who submit fully correct entries will go in to our Hall of fame. The setter’s decision will be final and binding.

Please refrain from discussions on the puzzle during this time, so that you do not spoil it for people in various time zones….
