Bhala to most people in both my professional and social circles. The handle Bingo was first used in a 1Across souvenir, and since then I have used it exclusively for 1Across puzzles.
I am now retired (have been for several years) after varying stints in finance, general administration and top management. Crosswords used to be a passion during my youth but could come back to this only on retirement after a long hiatus. My preference these days is for thematic, barred puzzles with a greater degree of difficulty, especially those leading to some interesting, educational stuff. This applies to both my solving and setting, with a limited quota of blocked puzzles on a regular basis.
Other interests include reading, snooker, travel, food and drink. Bucket list is about half checked, but I am happy with whatever I can do at my own pace and on my own terms.
I’m not very active on social media though present on most platforms, and generally interact mainly on e-mail and selectively on WhatsApp.
