Puzzle – Welcome to the Party

Stats:  32 persons submitted answers, some with both grids.

The following persons (in alphabetical order) submitted both the grids:

Many did not indicate their choice of party, but a couple were quite clear of their choice.  And, lastly, there was only one solver who submitted both the grids before we announced that there were two solutions, and deserves our Hearty Congratulations:

  1. Came late to the party. Enjoyed nevertheless. As with the Bob Hope/Bill Clinton Xword or the Euro final, this was right up there. A humdinger!

  2. Thanks, Vasant. One small correction: It was Bob Dole, not Bob Hope! However, since some hope for a dole and a dole gives them hope, I think the equivalence can be accepted 🙂
